These garden squares have this insulated feeling, like the city noise just… stops at the edges.

The apartments themselves feel lived-in in the best way possible – there’s actual character here, not that sterile hotel minimalism you get everywhere else. My flat had these tall ceilings with original moldings (slightly wonky in places, which I found charming), and the kitchen was properly equipped. I’m talking real mugs, not those tiny hotel cups, and a fridge big enough to actually store groceries from the Waitrose around the corner on Gloucester Road.
