  Located near Baker Street station (4 different tube lines), Americana Hotel is well-connected to all the main attractions of London. The area felt safe, and having 24/7 front desk is a plus point for sure. All staff were nice and helpful. The room is a bit tiny (which is expected considering it is an old building), but it is perfectly fine for 2 people. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. National Express coach station to Stansted is a short walk down the block. The breakfast buffet had all the basics needed for a breakfast (including gluten-free and alternative milk options). Complimentary tea and coffee are available around the o'clock. I'd definitely stay again at Americana!

  Very friendly staff. Got a room with the window facing the street and you could hear the traffic very clearly, but earplugs for the night fixed that. Overall good stay and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Also only 5 min walk to nearest underground.
