The room design is where Bob W really shows its personality. Everything feels thoughtfully curated rather than mass-produced — you know what I mean? The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-brochure comfortable), and there’s this nice balance between modern functionality and actual character. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, which honestly is about as good as it gets in London unless you’re dropping serious money. Storage space is better than you’d expect, and the lighting actually works for both relaxing and getting ready to go out.

  I had a fantastic stay at Bob W – Holland park. WOW- Its a Brand new hotel and everything looks so fresh & clean. The check-in process was quick and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I remember Zak and Mandy went beyond our expectations just to find us a stunning spot for next day breakfast. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, including the lounge at the basement were excellent, and breakfast from their recommended partner was delicious.
  The location was perfect for exploring London, situated near earls court & white city with easy access to central London. I highly recommend Bob W for anyone visiting the area!

  I had multiple requests and questions during my stay, and even though the hotel operates without on-site staff, they addressed every single issue promptly and went above and beyond to assist me.
  
  I had a parcel delivered to the hotel that arrived late, and it was critical for me to get it returned. Although the staff had no obligation to help with this, they truly went out of their way to resolve the situation. Mandy, in particular, was amazing. She waited by the entrance for over an hour for the courier I had arranged to collect the parcel, even though the courier failed to show up. After speaking with their helpline via WhatsApp, Mandy personally called me to explain what had happened and even offered to post the parcel to me herself. It arrived the very next day! Mandy, you’re a legend, and the rest of the staff who assisted over the phone and WhatsApp were equally incredible.
  
  I also stayed in two different rooms, and both were immaculate and beautifully presented. The experience was definitely worth it, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

  A newly opened spot, so I took a chance booking it despite the lack of reviews. Located in the Holland Park area, it's close to the Underground and public transport, making it super convenient. It's also within walking distance of several areas, including Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, and Notting Hill.
  
  I arrived before check-in to drop off my luggage but had a hard time navigating inside as everything looked the same, and the hallways were narrow. Thankfully, a staff member helped me find the lockers where I could securely store my luggage. The building operates with a code you receive beforehand.
  
  Later, when I returned to collect my luggage, I was surprised by a sign saying the storage area was closed. I contacted the staff via WhatsApp and got a quick response—they resolved it, and I was able to retrieve my things. Finding my room was straightforward—it’s unlocked using a mobile app, which I found modern and convenient.
  
  The room itself was stunning for the price, especially considering it’s in London. I was extremely impressed despite the luggage hiccup. The room had everything you could need and the bathroom was newly renovated and spotless. The room had excellent Wi-Fi, a TV, and a window overlooking the street, which I loved—I could lie in bed and watch the traffic go by. The heating worked well, with a radiator keeping the room cozy, and I could crack the window open for some fresh air. It might be less ideal in summer if there’s no AC, but for my stay, it was perfect.
  
  There’s no staff on-site; everything is handled via mobile, but it felt very secure, and the staff were quick to respond via WhatsApp. I’ll definitely return—this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in London in this price range!

  The building is brand new and modern. I love the whole keyless experience and the 24h availability of the team. I had a small question regarding adapters that are available in the rooms to connect polish devices to uk plugs, and they replied very quickly and were very friendly. The apartment was perfect for me – nice and cozy. I loved all the amenities provided, especially the welcome package that included a handwritten card and coffee! Highly recommended!
