  Excellent staff. Check in a quick and easy. Staff were very kind and helped me with my bags. They recommended the food at the pub (which is delicious- excellent recommendation). All my staff interactions were exceptional. Room was nice and clean. It is small, but that was fine as a solo traveller. I appreciate the heating being turned on prior to my arrival. I felt safe and secure.

  Great location large bed (two twins pushed together) nice duvet bedding and a well stocked room – breakfast items, fresh milk, cereal – all unexpected as we ate out mostly. Very small room but it is London!
