Shepherds Bush Market station is right there, plus you can hop on the Central line at Shepherds Bush station. What I really appreciate is how you can walk to Holland Park in about fifteen minutes when you need some proper green space, and Notting Hill isn’t far either. The neighborhood truly offers the best of both worlds.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was on the fourth floor facing the green, and the view actually surprised me — you get this lovely tree-lined outlook that feels quite peaceful for London. The beds are properly comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and there’s decent space to spread out your stuff. The bathroom’s modern with a good shower, though nothing particularly fancy. What I liked was the attention to small details — proper blackout curtains and USB charging points where you actually need them. Every element has been thoughtfully designed.

Dining and Amenities

The ground floor restaurant serves a mix of international and British dishes, and while it’s not going to win any awards, the food’s solid and the service is friendly. Breakfast has all the usual suspects plus some Asian options, which makes sense given the hotel group’s background. There’s also a small fitness center that’s perfectly adequate if you need to squeeze in a workout. The parking situation is what you’d expect in London — limited and pricey — but the transport links mean you probably won’t need a car anyway. The overall value for money is impressive.
