  All the staff were so friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. The hotel being a former Ultra Modern Ramada Encore is a good fit now with the Holiday Inn Brand and ethos. The place smelt so clean and welcoming. Every day they are cleaning it and even going so far as to shampoo the carpets. We ate at the Hotels restaurant, food was so tasty with good portions. Breakfast is also fantastic. fed back on our departure to a very kind lady at reception. Will certainly return again when in London.
