  Absolutely fabulous stay. My flight was cancelled and I had to book last minute stay and I couldn’t choose better. Wonderful location just 7 min from airport, beautiful gardens and Christmas decorations. It had feeling like from a movie Holidays and I loved every minute of it. Greatest thanks to Natalie from Guest Services and all reservation team for helping me out in amending my stay and lovely free upgrade, arrangement of taxi and warm welcomes during storm. I will definitely come back for longer stay, and all thanks to Natalie. Thank you to housekeeping and F&B and Kitchen tram for fabulous stay.
