Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford, you immediately get that modern, clean vibe that makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice. The lobby has this contemporary European feel — not flashy, but definitely polished in a way that suggests they know what they’re doing. I mean, this is a four-star property, so expectations are already set pretty high, and honestly, they deliver on that promise from the moment you step inside.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re right in the heart of London, which has completely transformed since the Olympics. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is literally on your doorstep, and if you’re into shopping, Westfield Stratford City is just a short walk away. What really impressed me though is how well-connected this area is — the transport links are actually incredible. You’ve got the Central line, DLR, and even the high-speed rail to Europe if that’s your thing. Couples seem to absolutely love this spot (they rate it 9.3, which is pretty remarkable), and I can see why — there’s this nice balance of urban energy without feeling overwhelming.
The Apartment Experience
The room setup here is what sets this place apart from your typical hotel stay. Each unit comes with a proper kitchenette, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying for more than a night or two. You know what’s great? You can actually cook a decent meal if you want to, or just grab some groceries from the nearby shops and have breakfast in. The space feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room — there’s proper storage, a decent-sized bathroom, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The design is clean and functional without being sterile.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast situation here is actually pretty solid — they do a full English spread, but they’ve also got vegetarian and gluten-free options, which shows they’re thinking about different dietary needs. It’s buffet-style, so you can take your time and not feel rushed. I appreciate that they don’t just phone it in with the typical continental breakfast nonsense. The restaurant area has this relaxed atmosphere where you can ease into your day, especially if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to plan your London adventures over a proper cup of coffee.
Why Guests Love It
What really makes this place work is the combination of independence and service — you get the space and flexibility of an apartment with the reliability of a well-run hotel. The parking situation is sorted (which, let’s be honest, is a massive relief in London), and the staff actually seem to care about making your stay smooth. The 8.8 rating isn’t just a number — it reflects that this place consistently delivers what it promises. Whether you’re here for business, exploring the city, or using it as a base for day trips, the Adagio Stratford gives you room to breathe while keeping you connected to everything that matters in the capital.

The view from the window on the 15th floor, the room is perfect for the family (the door between the bedroom and living room is a good idea)

Located in a walking distance to Elizabeth Line Stratford station which would take you pretty much anywhere in central London. We were surprised by how calm and peaceful the hotel was. The bed, the desks etc. Everything was comfortable and well thought. The room was also quite spacious and there was even a gym. We definitely got more than what we paid for!

The staff when arriving was amazing point to Ashley who let us in a bit earlier as we arrived a few hours early. The studios are modern and comfortable.
The kitchenette are well equipped. The location is ideal as a base going into city centre. Parking was easy and fair priced too.
I’ve stayed in a few other Adadgios before and the standard is the same. Might add a very nice shopping Center 2 minutes down the streetAlyssa from Malaysia (9/10)
The place is great with DLR and Elizabeth Line so near, we can get to city centre in around 35mins. It is great that it is near westfield so we can grab some light snacks and treats before heading back. The place might seems small in picture but it was enough for 3 adult and 1 child to stay comfortable with 4 huge luggages. the sofa bed is quite comfortable to sleep in.
Checking in was great and the sofa bed was already ready when we enter. They prepare a lot of toilet rolls for a week of stays and there is a heater on the shower room to dry clothes in a few hours.Helen from United Kingdom (9/10)

The location was central to everything me and my sister wanted to go. The room was clean and had enough space for our 1 night stay without having to unpack everything. The view in the evening was lovely as everyone in the opposite building had their Christmas trees lit in the window. The staff was super friendly. We were greeted by Ash on reception who provided us with some ideas whilst in London which was helpful and such fun!
