The service feels more like having a really good concierge than typical hotel staff – they know the area inside and out, which matters when you’re in this part of London because it’s not exactly Covent Garden with tourist signs everywhere.

What really sets this place apart though is how it works for different types of stays. Business travelers love it because you can walk to the financial district, but honestly, it’s brilliant for longer visits because you’ve got that kitchen and separate living space. The 9.4 rating makes total sense when you experience it – everything just works smoothly, from check-in to the apartment setup to the little touches like proper coffee machines and decent Wi-Fi throughout. One thing to know: this area transforms completely between weekdays and weekends.
