  Charming hotel, beautifully decorated in Kit Kemp style, super clean, classy, cosy and very welcoming. Lovely staff, high standard service, excellent location between Baker Street and Marylebone, short walk to the Wallace Collection Museum and even closer to Regent’s Park.   Superb, lovely greeting and check-in. Great location. Room was perfect, very clean, well appointed and sleep came very easily. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast flavours were great, no cheap ingredients, just lovely. All the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming.

  I told them I’d fractured my ankle and they assigned me a room on the ground floor with a huge bathroom. There was a lift to breakfast and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. The interiors by kit kemp looked fresh, modern and inviting. A most delightful and luxurious boutique hotel with its own restaurant and bar. Will be back in a heartbeat.
