Lovely staff, high standard service, excellent location between Baker Street and Marylebone, short walk to the Wallace Collection Museum and even closer to Regent’s Park.   I told them I’d fractured my ankle and they assigned me a room on the ground floor with a huge bathroom. There was a lift to breakfast and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. The interiors by kit kemp looked fresh, modern and inviting. A most delightful and luxurious boutique hotel with its own restaurant and bar. Will be back in a heartbeat.
