What I really appreciated was being close to the King’s Road for shopping and dining, but you can still enjoy peaceful evening strolls along the Thames Path. Couples especially seem to love this area (and honestly, I can see why — there’s something romantic about those tree-lined streets).

The room itself exceeded my expectations for a four-star property. The beds are genuinely comfortable — not just hotel marketing speak, but actually restful sleep quality.   Perfect quiet and safe outside the center but still very much in the center.

  Be sure to use UberBoat to completely take advantage of the location as there is a pickup point a 5 minute walk away!!

  The staff on arrival were absolutely fantastic and so helpful but when I telephoned in the ask about car parking and the restricted zones no one had a clue which meant that we incurred a £250 fine for entering a restricted zone which was upsetting. It would have been useful to have been alerted that Imperial Road is not available for visitors to the hotel. It is ridiculous to have these revenue generating restrictions in place to visitors being penalised for genuine visits.
