  Great guest suites in the Hackney area. Comfortable beds, quiet room, with mini fridge – excellent and clean common area with fruits, breakfast, coffee tea and a fridge for food storage. This is large brownstone home with rooms converted into rooms/suites. WiFi works perfectly. Very good sleep, lovely staff and well maintained. Warm and cozy rooms. This is great if you’re looking for something clean and simple during a stay in the Hackney area, about a 30 min train ride to central London.

  Very nice. I was surprised. Very clean inside. Quiet and chic. Check in instructions are stright fowards. Location is on point. Bus stops not too far away many shops close by Room was amazing. I loved the mood lighting in the room The decorations inside were nicely done. And whole house is nice done. Bed was comfy. Shower room was nice. Enjoyed it there. Warm in the winter.

  I had the luxury 3 bed room. It was a bed and a sofa bed, with en-suite. The room was beautiful and clean I enjoyed the space a LOT! Bedding smelt great. Great location.

  It was clean and comfortable and very warm! Nice to have a fridge in the room. Room was a great size for us. Also highly recommend Ayva bistro just across the road for breakfast.! Check in/out was convenient and easy the video helped to find the lock boxes.

  Really modern, clean and presentable rooms. Loved the kitchen/dining area that was accessible for all, VERY CLEAN. Our group took over and had a takeaway in the dining area and watched Saturday Night TV. Location and access was good. Street parking (on weekend) was easy, managed to park a short walk from property. the property felt secure. Clean fluffy towels, shower gel, water in rooms! small fridge, TV, really lovely place. Would definitely go back.
