  Great location, only a short walk to the river and centre. Took full advantage of the amazing spa facilities, a perfect way to unwind after a few hours drive. Tasty food in the restaurant and helpful, friendly staff. The free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise 👍

  Great location to pop into Richmond, walk down to River Thames, and Richmond Park. Lovely front desk staff, comfy beds a very comfortable stay. The complimentary gin and tonic was an unexpectedly generous touch!

  Service not up to standard expected! Slow at bfast, check out disorganised. No spoons at bfast and no ketchup! Coffee far too strong! We could have left not paying for bfast and minibar!
