The bed was surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the shower had proper pressure, which isn’t always a given in London hotels. Storage space was limited, but honestly, if you’re staying more than a few nights and have lots of stuff, you might want to look elsewhere anyway. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during my summer visit.
