ibis London Wembley Overview
First Impressions
Walking into ibis London Wembley, you immediately get that efficient, no-nonsense vibe that makes this three-star hotel work so well for travelers who actually want to get things done. It’s not trying to be fancy — and honestly, that’s exactly what I appreciated about it. The lobby feels modern without being sterile, and the staff genuinely seem to know what they’re doing, which you notice right away when check-in takes about two minutes instead of the usual hotel shuffle.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about Wembley — most people think it’s just about the stadium, but this area has become surprisingly well-connected. You’re literally a short walk from Wembley Park Station, which means central London is about 20 minutes away on the Metropolitan line. I mean, couples are rating the location 9.1 out of 10, and after staying here, I get why. You can catch a show at the arena, grab dinner at one of the decent spots along the High Road, and still feel like you’re not paying central London prices for everything.
The Room Experience
The room itself hits that sweet spot between compact and functional — you know, typical ibis style but done well. Everything you need is there: decent bed, good shower pressure, and — this matters more than you’d think — proper blackout curtains that actually work. The air conditioning responds quickly, which saved me during an unexpectedly warm September visit. Storage space is limited, but honestly, if you’re staying more than a few nights and have tons of luggage, you’re probably looking at the wrong type of hotel anyway.
Breakfast Worth Mentioning
I’ll be straight with you — hotel breakfasts can be hit or miss, but they’ve actually put some thought into this one. The buffet covers all the basics (full English, continental options, even vegan choices), but what impressed me was the “breakfast to go” option. Perfect for those early Wembley event days when you need to grab something decent and run. The coffee is better than expected too, which — let’s face it — can make or break your morning when you’re traveling.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something to be said for a place that just works without drama, and that’s exactly what you get here. The fact that they have more repeat guests than most other properties tells you everything — people come back because it delivers on its promises without surprises. You’re not paying for a fancy lobby you’ll walk through twice, or a spa you’ll never use. Instead, you get solid basics, a genuinely useful location, and staff who seem to understand that most guests just want things to work smoothly. For the price point and what you actually get, it makes perfect sense why this place stays busy.
Early hotels booking in London secures West End premieres, private palace tours, and river cruise brunches.

Reviews of ibis London Wembley
Ann from Netherlands (8/10)
First the staff…. they were just amazing! Friendly, warm, helpful and profesional! When I check in I could even choice my room, or room whorever I like. I asked if we could have a room with the view on Wembley Stadium… and yes we get the best best on the last floor with amazing view. The room was big enaugh for two persons, big bed and comfortable matras, love the pillows, thee & coffee, big TV and great bathroom with all what we needed. Natural cometics, softy towels and great shower. The location of this hotel is really excellent, 8 min walk from the Wembley Park metro station, (with the great view at the Wembley as well!) Many shops, shops centrum with great restaurants, Starbucks and bars, all by foot steps walk. The best part was a breackfast at the hotel! Great coffee, excellent choices of different & delicoius menu , nicely display, multi choices for vegetatian and vegan and the staff was really helpful. And the bar evening hours was really great and wonderful vibes, relaxing and funny.
