    The location was excellent! Literally 2 mins to Marks and Spencers and steps to the underground trains! It is super convenient taking the trains to central London to see the sights! The building is beautiful and super fancy; and my kids enjoyed the swimming pool! There’s a sauna and gym as well! There are so many options for food: 2 food courts in Westfield plus a row of restaurants located on the outdoors part of the mall. The room was clean and well appointed. It looks like the management has heard everyone’s feedback. The beds were soft, though the mattress was thin. It was comfortable enough! There were cutlery in the kitchen and enough tableware for the 4 of us. There were only 3 hangers but we just used the nightstands and suitcases for our clothes. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, and it would have been enough for a 7 night stay, but we had to get more and left the rest. They also provided shampoo and body wash, but we bought some at Waitrose at the westfield. The staff at the front desk were super nice and accommodating. We arrived early, and they allowed us to leave our bags while we grabbed some lunch! All in all, it’s an amazing place to stay, and we fully intend to stay there again on our next visit!
