The room I stayed in had this perfect blend of traditional British style and modern comfort. The beds here are genuinely exceptional — I’m usually a light sleeper, but I slept like a rock every night. Some rooms have direct palace views (worth requesting if you can swing it), while others overlook the quieter courtyard. The bathrooms are spacious with proper bathtubs, and you know what? The water pressure is actually decent, which isn’t always a given in older London buildings.

Breakfast is served in their main restaurant, and they’ve got options for everyone — full English if you want the works, continental if you’re keeping it light, or American-style if you’re missing home. The buffet setup means you’re not waiting around, which is great when you’ve got a packed sightseeing day ahead. There’s parking available too, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car in this part of town.

  The room was very comfortable and clean. Service was excellent and staff very helpful and pleasant. The restaurants and bar area were wonderfully appointed with excellent service and food.
