  The hotel was amazing. I expected cold and old room, as in London usual for this price. But everything was perfect, space as enough, warm and very quiet room. Very good location to bus close to Kensington High Street and all sights. museums are also very clos. I really recommend this hotel and I will come back.

  I found it unsettling to be asked to show my passport at reception – especially as I'm a UK citizen who'd only travelled an hour on the train. Then, because I didn't have passport or ID, I had to tell reception my booking number. Not the best welcome! Room okay but I would have liked more than one toilet roll 🙂 I've stayed here regularly in the past. Probably won't stay there again.
