  Great location, 8-9 minutes walking to Gloucester Road and Earl's Court Stations, also 25-30 minutes walking to Natural History Museum, V&A, Desing Museum, Kensington Palace/Gardens,Harrods, Hyde Park..
  Staff replied my questions fastly and clearly before my visit. Also solved my TV remote battery problem quickly in my first night. There are free water, coffe,tea, paper glass and plate in reception area. We use room codes to enter our rooms, so we don't have to carry keys and that's good.
  When I booked, I had free taxi service from the airport to hotel and it's a really good service.
  I stayed in single room in 5th floor in December. Room is so small but cosy and enough for me. It's ok for winter, heating is so good. (But it may not be good for summer because there's no aircondition and refrigerator.)

  Great location, close to the underground station. Staff was very friendly. You have to open your room with a code, which is a hassle in the beginning, but I got used to it. You can sync your phone to the smart tv, which I thought was a nice thing. If you need extra teabags, coffee, paper cups etc., they are free for the taking at the ground floor.
