The service is genuinely helpful rather than just polite (they actually gave me useful restaurant recommendations instead of pointing me toward obvious tourist traps), and the apartment setup means you can grab groceries from the Tesco Metro on Praed Street and have breakfast without paying hotel prices every morning. The only minor thing I’d mention is that some of the apartments face the street, so if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe request something toward the back – though honestly, even the street-facing rooms are pretty quiet by London standards.
