Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re south of the Thames, which gives you this slightly different perspective on the city. Waterloo Station is practically next door, so getting anywhere in London is ridiculously easy. But what really makes this spot special is how walkable everything is. I mean, you can stroll to Westminster Bridge in about ten minutes, and the whole South Bank cultural strip unfolds right in front of you. The area has that perfect mix of touristy attractions and actual London life happening around you.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run three-star — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out without any unnecessary frills. The beds are genuinely comfortable (which, let’s be honest, is what really matters after a day of walking around London), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase properly. The bathrooms are compact but functional, and you know what? Sometimes that’s exactly what you need — a place that does the basics really well. Storage is practical and well-organized throughout.

Breakfast & Dining

Now, the breakfast here actually surprised me in the best way. They’ve got this whole spread going — continental options, full English, and they’re really good about accommodating different dietary needs with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. It’s set up buffet-style, so you can take your time and fuel up properly before heading out. The restaurant area has this warm, unpretentious atmosphere where you’ll find a mix of business travelers grabbing quick coffees and couples planning their day over leisurely breakfasts.

  Perfect location in front of waterloo underground station. Cute little room and shower with everything we needed. They provide lots of option for tea, hot chocolate and coffee in the room which I love. We like to drink chamomile tea before sleep but forgot to bring ours, and they have that there so that's great. Room was on top of a bar but couldn't hear a thing from the crowd downstairs. Although you can hear trains passes by but it did not bother us. Breakfast was so good and I love looking out the big window to the streets. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. We get to keep our bags before checkin and after checkout. Very much appreciated. Will definitely book here again

  The location opposite Waterloo station is perfect for the national theatre which is why we were in London. The staff were friendly. I was concerned about noise from the busy pub below, but didn't hear a thing once through into the hotel section. The room was modern and comfortable with excellent tea and coffee options and a mini bar. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. There were multiple breakfast options included in the price and the full English that we had was lovely. Hotel guests also enjoy a discount in the pub on showing your room key which is a nice gesture.

  Great location. Breakfast very good with loads of options. Complimentary drinks on arrival plus extras in the room. Very busy pub but we don’t mind that. Can’t hear bar noise when in room and the rooms are very well separated so didn’t hear a peep from neighbours at all. If you want to experience London stay here! It’s right on the street so lots of street noise but it didn’t bother us at all! Really in the heart of it here. Great stay.
