Tudor Court Hotel Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Tudor Court Hotel on Norfolk Square, you immediately get that classic London townhouse vibe — you know, the kind where Georgian terraces line up like perfectly dressed soldiers. This three-star property doesn’t try to be something it’s not, which I actually found refreshing. The building itself has that timeless Paddington charm, and honestly, the square it sits on feels like a little oasis away from the hustle of central London.
Location Magic
Here’s what really surprised me — the location is absolutely spot-on. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from Paddington Station, which makes getting anywhere in London ridiculously easy. But here’s the thing that most people don’t realize: Norfolk Square is tucked away just enough that you don’t get the constant noise and chaos of the main drag. It’s like having your cake and eating it too. The couples who stay here seem to get it — they consistently rate the location around 9.4, and after spending time in the area, I totally understand why.
The Room Experience
My room was what you’d expect from a well-maintained London townhouse hotel — not huge, but thoughtfully laid out. The décor leans traditional without feeling stuffy, and the bed was actually quite comfortable, which is what really matters after a long day of sightseeing. The windows overlooked the square, and there’s something quite peaceful about watching London life unfold below while you’re having your morning coffee. Each room features quality furnishings and modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
Neighborhood Insights
What I love about staying in Paddington is that you’re genuinely in a working London neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. There’s a proper pub around the corner, a decent corner shop for essentials, and you can walk to Hyde Park in about five minutes — something I did most mornings. The area has this lived-in quality that makes you feel like you’re experiencing actual London rather than just visiting it. Plus, if you need to catch the Heathrow Express or any of the mainline trains, you literally cannot get more convenient than this location.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Tudor Court Hotel isn’t trying to compete with the fancy five-star places in Mayfair, and that’s exactly why it works so well. Recent guests consistently rate it highly because it delivers on what matters most — a clean, comfortable place to sleep in an absolutely brilliant location. The staff seems to understand that most people are using this as a base to explore London, and they’re genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. For the price point and location combination, it’s honestly hard to beat in this part of London. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides excellent value.
Apartments in London suit remote teams with Georgian bay windows, fast fibre, and shared studios overlooking courtyards.

Reviews of Tudor Court Hotel
Kara from South Africa (8/10)
The staff were incredibly friendly, gave perfect suggestions for eating out and generally had a positive energy. The single room was perfect for one night and being alone, I didn't need too much space. They still provided in the little room a kitchenette and basin. I was able to store my bag there until the room was ready for me which made traveling around during the day a lot easier for me. I had a great experience here. The location for me was the cherry on top, incredible how close to Paddington station it was yet there was no noise disruption. Slept like a baby! Thanks guys! 🩷

The room was tiny, as expected, but spotlessly clean, and stocked with all the essentials. I was well able to cater for myself with access to a fridge and a kettle.

The front of house staff were so friendly, really cheerful and made me feel so welcome. Those guys deserve so much praise!
Rachael from Australia (8/10)
We stayed one night as it was close to Paddington Station to catch a train, the room was small but very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

In all, a fairly typical Paddington area hotel, set apart by outstanding Staff who are trying hard to do a great job. Top floor room was very small but fine for one person. Bed was comfortable and the facilities (shower, TV, Wifi etc) were good.

Second time staying in this hotel, the front of house staff were as charming as the first visit. They were very kind to my son and I.
