West Hampstead Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into West Hampstead Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments, honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a four-star serviced apartment setup. But you know what? The lobby immediately felt more like stepping into a friend’s well-appointed building than some sterile hotel chain. The staff actually knew the neighborhood — I mean, they gave me walking directions to the best coffee spot without me even asking. There’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t try too hard to impress but just gets the basics really, really right.
The West Hampstead Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location in London — West Hampstead sits in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to central London but far enough out that you’re not paying Mayfair prices for everything. The Jubilee line station is literally a few minutes’ walk, which means you can be in Bond Street in about 15 minutes. But honestly, I found myself hanging around the neighborhood more than I expected. There’s this great little stretch of shops and cafes along West End Lane that feels properly local, not touristy at all. Couples seem to really get this vibe — apparently they rate the location 9.3, and I can see why.
Living Like a Local
The room I stayed in was actually more like having your own little London flat for a few days. The kitchen wasn’t just some token mini-fridge situation — it had proper appliances, decent counter space, and even some basic supplies to get you started. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple of mornings, which saved money and felt surprisingly normal. The living area had this comfortable, lived-in quality that made it easy to spread out with work stuff or just relax after walking around the city all day. Storage space was generous too, which you don’t always get in London accommodations.
Neighborhood Discoveries
What really sold me on this area was stumbling across Hampstead Heath during one of my morning walks — it’s close enough that you can actually make it part of your routine rather than a special expedition. The local pubs have that authentic feel where you’ll hear more London accents than tourist chatter, and the restaurant options along Fortune Green Road surprised me with their quality. There’s also decent parking if you’re brave enough to drive in London, though honestly, with the transport links here, I’m not sure why you’d want to.
Why Guests Love It
I think what makes this place work is that it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a hotel at all — it’s more like borrowing someone’s well-located London life for a while. The combination of proper apartment amenities with hotel-level service hits that perfect balance for longer stays or when you just want more space than a typical hotel room offers. The location rating speaks for itself, but beyond the numbers, there’s something about West Hampstead that feels authentically London without the tourist markup. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

Location, access, modern amenities, comfort. Despite proximity to a pub and the street, I was not bothered by noise and slept well. The espresso machine was a lovely touch.

Great little studio flat a stones throw from West Hampstead underground. Property was really clean and well presented and a perfect size for 2 of us. Easy accessed thanks to the excellent instructions provided beforehand. Will definitely book this property for our next trip

Natalia from Netherlands (9/10)
Great location right by the West Hampstead tube station. Our studio was on the top floor, so there were a lot of stairs, but it meant the room was further from the street and pretty quiet. It was very clean. Nice service with a portal to check in and find all the details.
Peter from Guernsey (8/10)
Good location, clean, quiet, better value than a hotel. We'd use this again.
