  The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Very good breakfast for the price. Location was good. Only a 15 min walk to the train station and there are buses even closer. By the way, never rent a car if you go to London unless you want to be out of London itself. Car rentals have an expensive insurance you have to pay and you need to pay $15 per day if driving in central London and not even mentioning parking.

  The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the location is great. It's very close to East Croydon and you can travel almost anywhere from there. The room included a kitchenette which was super convenient too.

  Very polite and friendly staff. Facility fairly clean and snacks available for most of the day. Although not soundproof it was not very noisy.
