  The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, the receptionist helped me with get my bags downstairs when checking out and I was offered help on arrival. We had stayed at the hotel the previous year and we met the same staff on our return . We were able to park directly outside which was very helpful as we were attending a National Ice skating competition and therefore had additional heavy gear. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are a little cosy but functional.
