  The personnel at the reception were more than kind, more than helpful! As there was an underground strike at the day of our departure they did everything so that we reached on time and with convenience at Heathrow. A huge thank you!

  Great location, decent price. Reception is very friendly (but open daytime) very early or late hour arrival/departures require pre-arrangement – but easy to do). Some rooms are at 4th/5th floor with narrow stairs, so may be difficult to carry luggages. But overall very decent, clean place at a very nice location.
